This series of butterfly valve is based on the absorption of domestic and foreign advancedtechnology, a new generation of design according to the actual conditions of fast shut-off valve ofuser. The characteristics of (1) using a rubber sealing ring, good sealing performance, no leakage;(2) the double eccentric conical sealing structure, adopt a sealing mechanism is more compact andsealing abrasion automatic compensation function: (3) double acting cylinder drive, opening and closing torque is large, fast action, the valve opening and closing quickly, small flow resistance loss.(4) the cylinder with buffer design, improve the service life of the cylinder is provided with a muffler;,to reduce the noise pollution of the environment. Suitable for blast furnace gas, converter gas and other combustible gas pipeline requires fast cutting occasions.
Pneumatic butterfly valve quickly cut off the gas main performance:
Nominal pressure: 0.10MPa
Strength test pressure: 0.15MPa
Sealing test pressure: 0.11MPa
Application: less than or equal to 200 DEG C temperature
Suitable medium: the heating furnace, blast furnace gas, converter gas etc.
The one-way opening and closing time: DN = 1200, S < 2 seconds; DN = 1400, S = 3.5 seconds
